The Bulk Air™ PM (Pressure Monitor) is the latest in pressure monitoring technology. It uses a digital pressure sensors to achieve highly accurate pressure measurement. Its’ rotationally moulded case combined with polycarbonate bulkheads makes a very tough yet stylish product. The 5.7 Inch full-colour TFT display provides crystal clear presentation of the pressure status whilst a thermal printer provides a hard copy of all data. Additional effort has been invested to ensure simple and future-proof PC connectivity; a USB 2.0 connection makes it easy to drag pressure data off the product or upgrade the software in the field.

Ultimately the Bulk Air™ PM has been designed to be as simple and reliable as possible in order to provide the user with years of useful service.

The Bulk Air™ PM LITE (Pressure Monitor) has fewer features than the Bulk Air™ PM for applications where only basic pressure monitoring is required. It uses a digital pressure sensor to achieve highly accurate pressure measurement. Its’ rotationally moulded case combined with polycarbonate bulkheads makes a very tough yet stylish product. A small graphics display provides clear presentation of the pressure status whilst a thermal printer provides a hard copy of all data. Pressure data is also stored on a removable SD Card.

The Bulk Air SA (Siren/Alarm) has been designed to compliment the Bulk Air PM by extending the range of the pressure warning system. The Bulk Air SA simply plugs into the back of the Bulk Air PM unit and requires no additional power supplies. Up to five (5) Bulk Air SA units can be connected in series (daisy-chained) together to provide a comprehensive warning system for even the largest work site.

The Bulk Air MS (Mains Switch) has been designed to compliment the Bulk Air PM by enabling the remote activation of secondary air mover fans. The Bulk Air MS simply plugs into the back of the Bulk Air PM unit and requires no additional power supplies. Up to two (2) Bulk Air MS units can be connected in series (daisy-chained) together and automatically configure for pressure channel 1 and 2.

The Bulk Air TC (Transport Case) was developed due to compliment the Bulk Air product range by providing a robust and convenient way to store and transport a complete Bulk Air system. The rugged case contains a machine cut foam interior that securely holds a Bulk Air PM, MS, SA and the additional cables, printer rolls and air pressure pipes. The Bulk Air TC is an example of a product developed as a result of customer requests.

The Bulk Air AM (Air Mover) is our latest and very exciting new product. It forms the first of a series of negative pressure units (NPU) with intelligent capabilities. Unlike all other NPUs in its’ price range, it digitally monitors the pressure across the HEPA filter to determine the air flow rate. Furthermore, it is able to estimate the remaining life (in hours) of the HEPA to enable the end user to make alternative arrangements. The AM connects directly to the Bulk Air PM products for secondary back-up filtering.
